Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual in the field of Human Resources to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle sourcing and interviewing of candidates
• Handle smooth functioning of job recruitment and headhunting
• Provide training and orientation for new employees
• Monitor progress of the employees and assist in performance management
  Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, increment and bonus
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and ensure that employees comply with them
  

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the similar capacity
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources laws and best practices
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Listening, negotiation skills along with an ethical mindset
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
