• Talent Management & Succession Planning
• HP Compliance and Discipline Management
• HP Admin Support & Analytics
Requirements
- Age: below 35.
- 65 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Experience as a HR Business Partner, Employee relations and Industry relations (Preferably in IT Industry).
- Reading / Part qualified in any HR/LAW related qualification.
- Ability to work independently/ minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High computer literacy: Emails, Analyzed Reports and Business Presentations.
