Operations & Customer Care Executive

Wasi.lk is a well-established eCommerce company in Sri Lanka offering a variety of deals, original products with company warranty, multiple payment options
and islandwide delivery

Responsibilities include

  • Involved in overall operations of Wasi.lk both online and offline at the showroom
  • Deal with suppliers, and courier companies and ensure the pick-up and delivery are done on time
  • Attend to customer calls, and inquiries and reply in a timely manner, and build up a good relationship with customers
  • Update products and other details on the website regularly
  • Support other departments and staff When needed and requested
  • Advance user proficiency with computers
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a high-pressure environment
  • Capable of dealing with suppliers, handling invoicing, and other routine functions
  • involved in the entire order process (receiving, packing, dispatching & follow-ups)
  • Language proficiency in English and Sinhala is essential, Tamil is a plus

Qualifications/Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of similar experience
  • School leavers and university graduates are welcome to apply (For internship roles)
