Warehouse Executive

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join the newly built Home Lands Warehouse Village.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Ensure GRNs, material issues, transfers and other warehouse transactions are properly recorded.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain proper material identification, storage locations and stock organization.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliations.
• Support ERP-based inventory management.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and operational reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, construction sites and other internal departments.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and operational discipline.

Candidate profile

• Diploma/degree or professional qualification in logistics, supply chain, stores management or a related field.
• Relevant warehouse/stores experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP or computerized inventory systems will be an advantage.
• Good numerical, documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
