Warehouse Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across operations team, and exceptional service delivery to customers. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products in temperature-controlled environments.
- Coordinate with transport, customer service, and operational teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and system updates accurately.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in workforce planning and operational coordination to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or advanced diploma in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Age 30-40.
- Prior experience in Retail Operations, 3PL, or Distribution Centre Operations is essential.
- Experience working in a Temperature-Controlled Warehouse Environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
