Warehouse Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across operations team, and exceptional service delivery to customers. Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
  2. Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
  3. Ensure proper storage and handling of products in temperature-controlled environments.
  4. Coordinate with transport, customer service, and operational teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  5. Maintain warehouse documentation and system updates accurately.
  6. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
  8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  9. Assist in workforce planning and operational coordination to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or advanced diploma in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  3. Age 30-40.
  4. Prior experience in Retail Operations, 3PL, or Distribution Centre Operations is essential.
  5. Experience working in a Temperature-Controlled Warehouse Environment will be a distinct advantage.
  6. Good knowledge of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
  7. Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
  8. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
