Key responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock movements are properly documented in the system.
3. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
5. Ensure proper storage practices are followed to maintain product quality and minimize damage.
6. Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Prepare and maintain warehouse-related reports and documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.

Candidate profile

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping, preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
2. Diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
3. Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and material handling practices.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of food safety, warehouse safety, and good storage practices will be an added advantage.
