Villa & Plantation Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and energetic individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure villa and aloe vera plantation.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the tourist villa.
2. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and ensure excellent customer service.
3. Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and property upkeep.
4. Manage and supervise plantation workers and cultivation activities.
5. Monitor aloe vera harvesting, field maintenance, and inventory.
6. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the entire premises.
7. Maintain operational records and submit regular reports to management.
8. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when required.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in hospitality, estate supervision, agriculture, or property management will be an advantage.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
4. Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
5. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
6. Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
