  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Preparing Reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Managing databases Scanning and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / Administration systems.
  • Managing diaries, organizing meetings, appointments booking, arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Assisting with Inventory control.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Coordinating with vendors.
  • Overlooking Stocks.
  • Good Organisation skills and Time Management.
