Head Chef – Scotland

We are looking for dynamic Head Chefs for our Hotels in Scotland, UK. There are multiple vacancies. This is DIRECT recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Function independently with a small team and be responsible for the smooth operation of the entire kitchen functions
• Able to prepare high-quality food in timely service, placing and receiving kitchen orders
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness as required by law
• Managing weekly rota for your team and effectively managing the kitchen staff
• Ability to create and maintain food costing

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef in a reputed hotels, ideally with some foreign working experience
• Proven track record backed by reference
• Good spoken and written English
• Understand International regulations and protocols
• Able to move and live in the UK alone (once a year home)
• Available to commence work in August 2022
