Admin Trainee

What is this Role

We TRIUMPH INT PVT L TO, serve as an integral part of the value chain of European Regulated Multinational Financial Institutions- As part of our expansion and growth we are looking for an ideal candidate as an Admin Trainee, preferably with close proximity to Colombo Nugegoda, Kohuwala, Kalubowila, and Dehiwala, to join our team to experience a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities of this Role

  • Onboarding of clients through Digital channels.
  • Completing client verification through digital channels.
  • Supporting client queries through digital channels

Skills Required for an Ideal Candidate

  • Possess excellent verbal and writing skills in English
  • Preferably with three passes in the GCE (AIL).
  • Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Be self-driven and able to work in teams.
  • Being able to work independently with minimal supervision will be an added bonus.
  • Previous experience in handling clients and customers is highly preferable.

The Candidate can expect

  • Working hours from gam to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • The probation period of 3 months, but can be shorter if performance is exceptional-
  • Guaranteed increment once confirmed after probation.
  • An annual increment based on performance-
  • An expected take-home salary of 50,000LKR +
