• Ability to achieve sales targets
• IATA Certificate Professional
• Qualification in Airline Ticketing and Reservations
• The Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of tickets, Re-issuance, and processing refunds in the Galileo system
• Excellent PR skills
• Computer literacy
• Excellent telephone etiquette, ability to communicate clearly and professionally
