Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Travel Arcade Pvt Ltd is an IATA/BSP accredited travel company and has been involved in airline Ticketing, Inbound and Outbound tours for over four decades. We are looking for a competent and committed individual who can join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and organize other services systematically.
• Booking/issue/re-issue Air Tickets.
• Refund of air Tickets (RA / BSP)

Requirements

• Three years experience in travel services. (Air Ticketing)
• IATA certified professional qualification in Ticketing and Reservations or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in using the Amadeus GDS system is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Computer literacy. (MS Office packages)
