Transport supervisor

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily staff transportation operations.
2. Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
3. Monitor vehicle locations and ensure route adherence.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
5. Maintain records, reports and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport operations or related field.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of routes and traffic management.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Valid driving license is an added advantage.
