Qualifications

1. Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification (a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, transport management, Btech in quantity surveyor)
2. Excellent communication skills (English & Sinhalese)
3. Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
4. Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
5. Vehicle & vehicle parts knowledge
6. 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or a logistics environment.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle breakdowns, accidents, or sudden route changes.
8. Other (graphic knowledge, Qs, social media management)
