Spa Therapist cum Beautician

The Fortress Resort & Spa, Sri Lanka’s celebrated Global Award Winning Luxury Boutique Hotel seek suitably qualified and dedicated individuals for immediate employment in the following capacity.

Your role means relaxation & indulgence to our guests. To provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner in accordance with Standard Operation procedures (SOP) in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.

Responsibilities & Job functions:

• Welcome guests in a warm & polite manner & deliver a variety of spa services (Body treatments. massages, facials, waxing & manicure/pedicure, etc.)
• Provide guests with full information on the treatment booked (Benefit, technique, duration, etc.)
• Meet the standard treatment and meet requirements at all times in compliance with the training provided
• Promote health & wellness benefits to the guests & create an excellent experience
• Be aware of the treatments & services and any current promotions offered

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel
• Professional qualification or possession of NVQ Level IV
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Well-groomed & high standard of personal hygiene
• Preferable below 35 years of age.
