Senior Graphic Designer (Sublimation)

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative sublimation, placement, panel, and repeat print designs for sportswear and activewear.
• Prepare production-ready artwork according to garment patterns, specifications, and print requirements.
• Create and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ensure accurate colour separation, colour matching, scaling, placement, and print layouts.
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, product development, and production teams.
• Review artwork and samples to ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, textile design, fashion design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, textile, or sublimation printing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of sublimation printing, CMYK, colour separation, colour matching, and print-ready artwork.
• Understanding of garment patterns, panel prints, placement prints, repeat patterns, and print scaling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• A relevant design portfolio will be an advantage.
