Contact Centre Executive
We are looking for suitable candidates to join our Contact Centre Executive team, for a law firm based in the UK.
The Ideal Candidates Should Be
- Candidate must possess outstanding proficiency in Spoken and Written English
- Computer literacy in MS Office package
- Ability to learn new systems
- The position would require you to work UK business hours.
- Previous Contact Centre / Customer Support experience in handling UK clients will be an added advantage.
Shift : 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM
(Monday to Friday / have Weekends off)
