We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented individual to join our innovation department as a technical executive.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the technical team, ensure effective coordination and timely execution of the required site visits across the country.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management, highlighting the progress, key developments and performance of technical activities during the reporting period.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in engineering / NCT (Civil) / NCIT (Civil) / certificate course in construction site supervision.
- 2 years of work experience in construction field/ water proofing solutions/ technical sales.
- Ability to present company product range demonstrating methodology and best practices to end customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Fluency in Tamil is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Age between 25-35 years.
