Customer Experience Specialist (CES) is a pivotal role as they will be in charge to serve customers of a leading cryptocurrency exchange company, that operates the world’s biggest bitcoin exchange and altcoin crypto exchange.
Requirements
- Minimum TWO(2) years experience in Customer
- Service/ Retail from banking/ finance industries
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/Banking
- Fresh graduates accepted
- Excellent Command of spoken English & Hindi
- Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts (eligible for Night Shift Allowance)
- Work from Home
