Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Monitor driver attendance.
• Allocate trips/routes and manage driver rosters efficiently.
• Ensure drivers comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Address driver performance issues, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
• Report daily/weekly operational summaries to the operations manager.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred, ideally within the transport or logistics industry.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle scheduling conflicts.
