Ticketing & Reservation Officer

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in travel services
• IATA certified professional qualification Ticketing and Reservations.
• Should be able to use the GDS system
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Excellent Computer literacy
• Maintain records of transactions and reservations
• Work under minimum supervision
• Team player and self-motivated
