Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
  • Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing and analyzing food and beverage costs
  • Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating and marketing policies
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Oversees the function of all Food and Beverage team members, facilities, sales, and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved
  • Coordinates with the Executive Chef for the preparation, presentation, and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times
  • Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas
  • Keeps aware of trends, systems, practices, and equipment in F&B preparation and service in the restaurant field
  • Monitor, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion of the dining outlets and future events and promotions


  • Diploma in Food & Beverage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage
  • Must have a minimum of three Years of Food & – Beverage supervisory/management experience
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written), and be extremely guest-focused
  • Must have attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task; follow-up and leadership skills are required
