Key responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and issue stock accurately and efficiently.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
3. Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts.
4. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
5. Coordinate with internal departments regarding stock movements and material requirements.
6. Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
2. Previous experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory control is an added advantage.
3. Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.
4. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
7. Attention to detail with strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
