Stores executive

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Stores Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about inventory management, operational efficiency, and maintaining accurate stock controls within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar stores, inventory, or warehouse management role.
2. Sound understanding of inventory control procedures, stock management practices, and warehouse operations.
3. Experience in maintaining accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and material handling activities.
4. Diploma, higher diploma, degree, or professional qualification in supply chain management, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
5. Ability to monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, particularly excel and reporting tools.
7. Candidates residing within close proximity to the workplace will be given preference.
