Store Keeper
We are looking for a dedicated and organized store keeper to oversee and manage the operations of our factory stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, proper storage and timely issuance of materials while maintaining company standards and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storing and issuing of spare parts, tools, raw materials and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records with proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the stores area.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production and procurement teams on material requirements.
- Handle urgent material requests and work beyond regular hours when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day stores operations with minimal disruptions.
Knowledge & skills
- Age below 40 years.
- Passed G.C.E. A/L or equivalent diploma/certificate in stores management, logistics or related field will be an advantage.
- 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Excellent computer literacy especially in MS Excel and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work after office hours when required.
