Role Overview

The Client Relationship Representative is responsible for supporting the RS Provider client relationships in all aspects of their retirement business. You will work directly with the executive Relationship Managers (RM) to ensure the successful execution of mutually developed client strategic business plans. With a business owner approach, they are directly involved with improving client profitability, ensuring client retention, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. They will keep their clients informed about RS product and service offerings, and assist in expanding client relationships. The CRR is responsible for managing the implementation of new products and services, through partnerships with other business units across the enterprise. In some instances, the CRR will serve as the primary contact for a provider client on all retirement-related matters.

Daily Functions

  • Maintain client relationships and day-to-day client communication
  • Review and present provider client reports and invoices
  • Represent client in enhancement reviews and present to client at the direction of the RM
  • Coordinate enhancements with RS Product and Project management
  • Communicate new products to clients
  • Lead client meetings and conference calls and organize attendees and agenda
  • Communicate and obtain client approval for year-end tax reporting packages
  • Resolve escalated client issues
  • Support Client Service Administrators

Minimal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience

Preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience managing customer relationships in financial services or retirement services
