About the company
Ambarella lodge & spice garden, an internationally recognized hotel located near Negombo, comprising nine exclusive lodges, invites applications from dynamic and experienced hospitality professionals for the following position:
Sous chef (male) – kitchen department
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prepare a variety of Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Waiter (female) – restaurant department
Requirements
- One year of experience in a similar role.
- Welcome guests, escort them to their seats, provide menus, and attend to their needs throughout the meal.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner, verify order quality and presentation, and provide necessary accompaniments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
