Requirements
- Expertise in fusion cuisine and sea food.
- Culinary leadership experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchen.
- Exceptional food quality and attention to detail.
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency.
- A passion for innovation, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
