Sous Chef

Hibiscus beach hotel, Kalutara is seeking a talented and dynamic Sous Chef to our kitchen department.

Requirements

The Sous Chef we are looking for should have:

1. Diploma or equivalent from a recognized hotel school.
2. At least 15 to 20 years experience in the kitchen department hot range, as well as experience in pastry/bakery and cold kitchen.
3. 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a reputed hotel.
4. Good communication skills in English.
5. A strong background in being associated with star class hotels.
6. Ability to provide supervision, training and leadership to all kitchen staff.
7. Should be hands on person.
