Hibiscus beach hotel, Kalutara is seeking a talented and dynamic Sous Chef to our kitchen department.
Requirements
The Sous Chef we are looking for should have:
- Diploma or equivalent from a recognized hotel school.
- At least 15 to 20 years experience in the kitchen department hot range, as well as experience in pastry/bakery and cold kitchen.
- 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a reputed hotel.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A strong background in being associated with star class hotels.
- Ability to provide supervision, training and leadership to all kitchen staff.
- Should be hands on person.
