Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat & social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Respond in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform functions across social media platforms
- Convert inquiries into sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, short course certificate or equivalent in any business or marketing fields
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a digital setting
- Good communication skills written and verbal (English/Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads etc.)
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting and performance interpretation
- Familiarity with paid social advertising concepts and campaign optimization
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
