Call Centre Executive / Supply Coordinator
We are looking for young and dynamic individuals with the confidence and energy to reach the high standards that we have set for ourselves. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to suppliers and vendors, and ensuring all stakeholders are given excellent service and support in order to maintain a high satisfaction rate, which is the key to our success in the industry.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English language
- Prior experience in Call center / Telesales operations is an added advantage
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continuously improve on the skill-set
- Willing to work from home and work on a shift basis (5 days a week, and sometimes including weekends)
- Good organization, coordination & time management skills
- Highly customer-oriented with the ability to build strong, working relations
- Motivated, ambitious, and adaptable (in an evolving administrative role)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment
On-the-job training and operational product knowledge will be provided. You will use your own devices.
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 75,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
