Site supervisor
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision within the construction or interior industry.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in steel structure works will be an added advantage.
- Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in construction, civil engineering, building technology, or a related field.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and labor teams.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle client and consultant site inspections.
- Report site progress and issues to management.
Skills & attributes
- Good knowledge of site execution, material handling and quality control procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Possession of a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
Project coordinator
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration within the construction or interior industry.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
- Diploma / degree in construction management, business management or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / project management software will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and assist in updating project timelines.
- Assist in planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day project administration.
- Ensure effective communication between site teams and management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
