Site supervisor

Qualifications & experience

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision within the construction or interior industry.
  2. Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.
  3. Experience in steel structure works will be an added advantage.
  4. Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in construction, civil engineering, building technology, or a related field.
  5. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily site operations and labor teams.
  2. Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
  3. Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
  4. Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  6. Handle client and consultant site inspections.
  7. Report site progress and issues to management.

Skills & attributes

  1. Good knowledge of site execution, material handling and quality control procedures.
  2. Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  3. Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
  4. Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  6. Possession of a valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.

Project coordinator

Qualifications & experience

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration within the construction or interior industry.
  2. Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
  3. Diploma / degree in construction management, business management or related field.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Knowledge of AutoCAD / project management software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and follow up on project activities to ensure timely completion.
  2. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  4. Monitor project progress and assist in updating project timelines.
  5. Assist in planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day project administration.
  6. Ensure effective communication between site teams and management.
