Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all engineering and construction activities are executed according to company standards and client expectations.
2. Conduct site inspections, manage resources, and maintain quality control.
3. Ability to handle various renovation works sites with technical knowledge.
4. Identify business opportunities for renovation work.
5. Strong leadership, managing labourers and site supervisors.
6. Prepare quotations for facility management (renovation work) if required.
7. Deal with subcontractors and suppliers to get competitive prices.
8. Assist in overseeing day-to-day technical operations of facility management projects.
9. Motivate team members and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
10. Valid motorbike riding license and lightweight vehicle.

Requirements

1. Qualified with a technical college certificate (NCT) or relevant certificate from an accredited internationally recognized institution or equality technical college / university.
2. Minimum of 4 years experience.
3. Takes initiative and has good planning and organization skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Displays original thinking and creativity, presents ideas and information in a manner that other’s attention.
5. Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
6. Applicants residences around Gampaha District will be given priority.
