Quantity Surveyor

Key requirements & job description

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in both pre-tendering/pre-contract and post-tendering/post-contract quantity surveying. AutoCAD /Revit/PlanSwift/CostX.
• Software proficiency: Candidates should have strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, CostX, and Microsoft Excel, with practical experience.
• Key responsibilities: BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tender preparation and evaluation, cost control, interim valuations, variations, claims, contract administration, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Industry experience: Preferred experience in hotel/resort, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Additional skill: MEP experience is a major advantage.
