Job Requirements

• Must have a Minimum of two years of experience in customer care or similar positions
• Functional skills required to execute the role
• Good command of English & Sinhala I Tamil language is an additional qualification
• Able to use Ms. Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Professional approach and ability to work to an ethical code of conduct
• Time management
• Willing to work extra hours & weekends
• Ability to work under pressure
• The salary would be Rs.50,000 plus
