Senior Quantity Surveyor

Be a key contributor in delivering successful projects through accurate cost management, contract administration and strategic commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all quantity surveying activities across projects.
2. Prepare accurate cost plans, estimates, BOQs, and cash flow forecasts.
3. Manage project costs, variations, claims, and risk analysis.
4. Administer contracts and advise on commercial and contractual matters.
5. Certify interim payments and prepare final accounts.
6. Mentor and guide the QS team and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

1. Degree in quantity surveying or a recognized professional qualification.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, PWD).
4. Proven experience in cost planning, contract administration, and claim management.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., CostX, Candy, CubiCost).
6. Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
