The Senior Executive – Finance is responsible for supporting the Management Accounting Lead in developing and maintaining effective and efficient reporting processes through dashboards, systems and procedures. The role is also responsible for the preparation of management reports. RCOE. budget preparation, MIS/reporting and supporting special projects as required to assist management in achieving functional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the budgeting process in alignment with specified guidelines and timelines.
• Ensure the preparation of accurate and error-free reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analysis and reports for senior management to support decision-making.
• Process standardization and improvement of management accounting and reporting.
• Provide recommendations for improving the Reporting COE – Finance Dashboard.
  
• Qualifications
• Professional qualification in LIMA. ACCA. ICASL, or an equivalent certification. along with a degree in any field.
• 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Management Accounting. reporting and budgeting concepts.
• Proficiency in M3. PowerBl and MS Excel: experience in project management is an added advantage.
