Job responsibilities

1. Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed shop drawings for joinery, interior fit-out, and civil engineering projects in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
2. Lead and supervise drafting teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
3. Develop detailed production drawings for custom joinery, millwork, furniture, ceilings, wall cladding, partitions, and other interior fit-out elements.
4. Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, project managers, and production teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
5. Review and validate drawings prior to submission to ensure compliance with client requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
6. Manage drawing revisions, technical submissions, RFIs, and as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and fit-out drawings.
8. Maintain project drawing registers, documentation systems, and drafting standards.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior draftsmen and BIM modelers.
10. Support project teams with technical solutions during production and site execution stages.

Required qualifications

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or civil engineering drafting.
2. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical drafting capabilities.
3. Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows will be a significant advantage.
4. Strong experience in preparing detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
5. Excellent understanding of joinery detailing, fit-out construction methods, and technical documentation.
6. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings accurately.
7. Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and international clients.
8. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality documentation.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
10. Strong communication and leadership skills.
