Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a call center environment.
  2. Fluent Tamil-speaking skills.
  3. Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  5. Responsible, mature, and professional personality.
  6. Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls using strong negotiation skills.
  2. Handle customer phone calls professionally in Tamil.
  3. Manage WhatsApp and Facebook customer inquiries.
  4. Explain company services and packages clearly and professionally.
  5. Adhere to company policies while handling customer objections & rejections using effective customer acquisition skills.
  6. Follow up on customer inquiries responsibly while complying with company policies.
  7. Support customers with registrations and profile-related assistance.
  8. Maintain and achieve weekly performance targets.
