Shiftco Shipping & Logistics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing shipping and logistics service provider in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced professional to join our team to filled the below positions.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, air lines agents, and overseas partners.
2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, shipment updates, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with overseas agents and partners regarding shipment requirements and operational matters.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics. Operational experience is mandatory.
2. Sound knowledge of import/export procedures, freight forwarding operations, shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics operations.
3. Experience in handling sea freight, air freight, and cross-trade shipments will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
6. Good team player with leadership and coordination skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and freight forwarding systems.
8. Age between 25–35 years is preferred.
