Post of Resident
Manager with the required experience and skills to join our team to provide the expertise and leadership to manage; operate and advance the Ruwala Eco-Resort and Hotel School for great success with the vision and overall business strategy of the resort and hotel school.
Qualifications
• With adequate professional qualifications and industry exposure
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior leadership/management role, preferably as a Resident Manager at a recognized star-graded hotel/resort
• Team Player with overall knowledge of all operational aspects of hotel management including F & B, Food, Front Office, and Maintenance
• Familiar with IT applications connected to the Hotel sector
• Strong Industry Networks
• Good communication skills; Ability to speak foreign languages will be a distinct advantage
• Training skills in hotel management
Specific Responsible Contribution:
• Overseeing all day-to-day operational and administrative activities along with the head of departments.
• Managing budgets and financial plans
• Marketing, promotion, and revenue management
• Motivating and training the hotel staff and trainees
• Training and development of the staff members and trainees
• Organizing MICE Events
The selected candidate will be required to stay on the resort premises. Necessary accommodation & food will be provided.
