Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in restaurants, resorts, or boutique hotels
- Proven experience in buffet and à la carte operations
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent guest relation & customer service skills
- Knowledge of Asian, Chinese, Indian & international cuisine
- Excellent English communication skills
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Hands-on, result-driven and operationally strong
