Requirements

  1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in restaurants, resorts, or boutique hotels
  2. Proven experience in buffet and à la carte operations
  3. Strong leadership & team management skills
  4. Excellent guest relation & customer service skills
  5. Knowledge of Asian, Chinese, Indian & international cuisine
  6. Excellent English communication skills
  7. Pre-opening experience is an advantage
  8. Hands-on, result-driven and operationally strong
