Accounts Executive

Requirements

• Preparation of Financial Accounts, Manage Finance, and Administrative function
• Handling the taxes (Income Tax, VAT &, etc…)
• Preparing various types of project reports
• Manage Accounts payables & Receivables
• Payroll Processing
• Conduct monthly internal audits
• Supporting the External Auditors
• Preparation of staff salaries and wages
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Handling the company petty cash
• Conduct monthly internal audits
• Partly qualified in CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or HNDA or AAT full qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Good knowledge of MS office & Accounting packages
