Manager / Assistant Manager – Modern Trade & Key Accounts

Responsibilities
- Manage overall turnover and profitability of the division.
- Handle ongoing business accounts and generate new business opportunities to expand the existing customer base.
- Strengthen the retail presence & visibility of all company brands.
- Ensure the listing of new products and conduct promotional campaigns successfully.
- Oversee the process of order taking, delivery, collection, and customer care.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with clients
- Manage and maintain regular call cycles.
- Manage government and institutional sales through quotations and tenders and conduct product demonstrations where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG experience in the modern trade of which at least 3 years at the managerial level
- High performer both in sales and brands
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and present sales statistics and information in a productive manner.
- A team player who could drive the team towards company goals.
- Computer skills, CRM, word, and excel
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
