Quantity surveyor – hotel project

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project management team for an upcoming hotel project in Colombo 02.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects
• Experience in hotel project management consultancy will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge in cost control, BOQ verification, valuation, contract administration, and project coordination
• Ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, and management teams
• Good communication and reporting skills
