Quantity Surveyor – Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for confident, energetic & self – driven candidates to fill the above vacancy in our establishment.
Pre-requisites
Education
- NVQ level 5 in quantity surveying
Experience required
- At least two years of experience as a quantity surveyor
Knowledge and skills
- Preparing engineering drawings, job scope, engineering estimate, BOQ preparations for civil constructions
- Responsible to handle building maintenance jobs which falls under the scope of plant engineering
- PR raising and follow up process
- Maintenance cost forecast
- Drive PM pillar implementation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / AutoCAD
