Q – Commerce Executive

We are looking for a Q-Commerce professional with hands-on experience managing quick commerce platforms such as PickMe, Uber.
Key responsibilities
Q-commerce platform management
- Manage end-to-end operations on Uber, PickMe, etc.
- Handle new SKU onboarding, catalog uploads, and content accuracy.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across dark stores.
- Coordinate with platform KAMs for growth initiatives and issue resolution.
Inventory & supply chain coordination
- Monitor stock levels across dark stores to avoid OOS and over-stocking.
- Plan replenishment based on sales velocity and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with warehouse, distributors, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch.
Pricing, promotions & visibility
- Manage pricing parity across platforms.
- Plan and execute offers, deals, visibility campaigns, and in-app promotions.
- Track promotion effectiveness and optimize based on performance.
Sales & performance tracking
- Track daily sales, fill rates, availability %, and store-level performance.
- Analyze reports to identify gaps in coverage, availability, and conversion.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share insights with management.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Support new product launches on Q-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate for creatives, banners, and brand visibility assets.
