Ecommerce Manager

Personal Profile

• 5+ years of work experience in eCommerce, Product, and Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification is required
• Experience managing an eCommerce product roadmap
• Experience across both front-end and back-end operations components with deep expertise in at least one of the two areas
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms/tech stacks broadly, with a preference for prior experience with the Shopify platform and ecosystem and basic knowledge of web engineering working with multiple IPC methods
• Project management experience and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical/data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with agile work processes and a ‘test and learn mentality
• Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships and partnering across 3rd party and internal teams
• Experience in apparel or other branded consumer goods preferred
• Age between 30 to 40
