Project Supervisor | Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Project Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance and timely completion of projects.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth progress.
2. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and timelines.
3. Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Manage and coordinate with labor, contractors and suppliers.
5. Maintain site records, reports and daily progress updates.
6. Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and ensure efficiency.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Engineer in construction projects.
2. Knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
3. Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents.
4. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in computer knowledge, office software and apps.
6. Educational qualification: A/L or above.
