Product Development Merchandiser

Requirements

1. Previous experience in product development / merchandising (embroidery experience is an advantage).
2. Good command of English (written and spoken).
3. Good computer literacy – MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
4. Relevant qualifications in merchandising / apparel / product development field will be an added advantage.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key skills required

1. Strong knowledge in embroidery product development process.
2. Ability to calculate costing and understand production timelines.
3. Good negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
4. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
5. Problem-solving ability during sampling and bulk production stages.
6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Good planning and organizational skills.
